PHA Experiencing Technical Issues

The Port of Houston Authority has confirmed all external email, some phone distribution, and internet (external website and tracing) is down. This means tracing for Barbours Cut and Bayport is currently down. However, the gates are open and fully operational. We will notify everyone when PHA is up and running again.
